About the Project
This is a 5 story multifamily residential development. H.Y. Engineering prepared a design for on-site stormwater detention and on-site services. The design of off-site works include roadworks improvements to 108 Avenue and 140th Street, a new lane, a new sanitary sewer on 140th Street, new storm and sanitary sewers for the lane and streetlighting upgrades.
Civil Engineering Services:
Off-site civil design, on-site civil design, catchment analysis, ESC design, ESC monitoring, construction tender, contract administration, cost estimates and proformas, on-site inspections, off-site inspections and latecomer agreements.
