H.Y.’s design and construction services range from basic two-lot subdivisions to large scale urban and rural developments and government infrastructure involving the design and construction of roadworks, watermains, drainage, stormwater management, sewers, street lighting, site grading and site servicing.

We are also involved with large-scale commercial, industrial, and institutional developments requiring implementation of sustainable initiatives to achieve LEED certification. Numerous projects have been successfully completed where challenging soil, topography, and inclement weather conditions exist. These include developments within mountainous slopes and rock soils as well as flat land peat environments.

Many of our projects are in highly complex urban environments in urban centers across British Columbia where existing infrastructure and future development must be considered, but we also perform extensive work on large scale greenfield projects across British Columbia as well as Alberta and Ontario.
