About the Project
H.Y. Engineering has been involved with this 60-lot subdivision from the application submission to the final completion. Our services include Land Surveying, Planning and Project Management, Engineering Design, and Site Servicing Construction Inspections. Our Engineering Design Team developed the Erosion and Sediment Control design to address the site servicing, soil removal, and building construction phases of this subdivision. H.Y. Engineering also provided services for the Erosion and Sediment Control Monitoring to ensure this site maintained compliance with the City of Maple Ridge’s Watercourse protection Bylaw No. 6410 – 2006.
