About the Project
H.Y. Engineering is the civil engineering consultant for this 5-storey mixed-use development in the Fleetwood area of Surrey, BC.
This site, which used to house the Fleetwood Elementary School that what closed in 2009 due to its inappropriate location in a commercial area between three major thoroughfares (152 Street, 88 Avenue and Fraser Highway), is in the near vicinity of the future 152nd Street SkyTrain station and will be providing additional residential and commercial opportunities to this Surrey neighbourhood.

Off-site civil design, ESC design, ESC monitoring, storm water management design, construction tender, contract administration, cost estimates & proformas, off-site inspections, latecomer agreements and as-built drawings
