About the Project
This project includes development of a 13-storey rental housing building, constructed during Phase 1 design. Roadworks design include interim and ultimate cross-sections in coordination with the neighbourhood development. Provision of bike-friendly lanes, as per the Surrey City Center standard detail.
Civil Engineering Services:
Off-site civil design, ESC design, ESC monitoring, construction tender, construction administration, off-site inspections, latecomer agreements, as-built drawings
Surveying Services:
Legal survey, topographical survey and SRW plan
