H.Y. Land Surveying was established in 2002 to meet the demands of our clientele requiring professional land surveying services. This contributed to the overall efficiency of the company by offering in-house professional Land Surveyors working closely with our planning and civil design departments to provide seamless and comprehensive land development services.

Today H.Y. Land Surveying has expanded into a fully staffed firm of experienced BC Land Surveyors, technicians, and support staff. We provide a full range of legal and construction survey services both to private and public sectors independently and in conjunction with our affiliated firm H.Y. Engineering.
