This development included the parking lot expansion of a community church in Langley. The off-site works involved road upgrades along the site frontage, and storm sewer main upgrades. The new parking lot required lot grading design as well as the design to address on-site drainage. In addition, this development also included a cast in place concrete bridge with an engineered boxed culvert crossing.

This project was completed with the North Langley Community Church.
