The new RCMP building in Gibsons, BC is a beautiful new location to host the RCMP.  The site has a number of visual sustainable features on site including a retention pond, bio-filtration channel and eco-grid parking stalls, which enhance the on-site design of the site.

H.Y. Engineering Ltd. designed all the on-site civil works for RCMP building including the retention pond which is a  beautiful visual feature that controls the flow of the water before exiting the site, as well as, the bio-filtration channel which cleans the water on the site before entering the City system.  H.Y. Engineering Ltd. also designed the parking stall locations with the use of eco-grid parking stalls.
