This three story wood frame apartment building is located in Downtown Cloverdale.  H.Y Engineering Ltd. prepared both the on and off-site design for this project.  The project had some challenges as the soils encountered on site were in poor condition.  The off-site design included designing to the Downtown Cloverdale standards, re-construction of the existing sewers and watermain as well as preparing a latecomer agreement for recovery of the off-site servicing upgrades.
