The multi-family development includes a total of 104 residential units. This project was part of a 2-phased development and included 4 and 5 story buildings. The detailed design included significant roadwork upgrades as well as sanitary sewer downstream upgrades. On-site detention facilities were also designed for this site.

The access for the site is located from the cul-de-sac bulb at the east end of 19A Avenue, which provides an entrance/exit for the underground parking facility through a cross access easement from the neighboring property.
