This Langley townhouse development included 40 strata units and was a stand alone project.  Although the proposed road networks were challenging for this site, the site servicing required for this development was very similar to a single-family project.  The townhouse complex included a looped road network, as well as a looped water system.  H.Y. Engineering Ltd. prepared on-site grades for all internal roads and also determined the location for the necessary service connections to the development.

This property abuts a neighbourhood walking trail; West Munday Creek Trail, along the east property line. We worked with Infinity Properties to complete this 40 unit strata development in addition to the project Architect (Sale & Associates Ltd.), and various project sub-consultants involved in the project.
