This warehouse project is located in the Morgan Crossing area, of South Surrey. The development  maintains the existing neighborhood character, and is in-keeping with the surrounding developments. The design included a pedestrian link on Croydon Drive which provides an extension of the existing urban pathway. This development includes a tilt up building construction and a significant amount of tree preservation.
