This unique twelve lot subdivision was once a golf course.  Through the development of these lands the original club house was retained on lot 8 as a reminder of its past use.  H.Y. Engineering Ltd. prepared the off-site design with poor soil conditions included the preparation of a design for an off-site low pressure sanitary sewer extension, and servicing the lots by low pressure sewer system.  Through this development the City of Surrey secured cash-in-lieu monies for a bridge crossing as well as dedicating a significant amount of parkland.
