As the company is in growth mode, we have an immediate requirement for an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Surrey.
Job Description: • Maintaining the company database • Answering and transferring calls with a multi-line switchboard • Greeting clients • Coordinating couriers • Preparation of documents such as letters, memos, proposals, etc. • Maintain departmental spreadsheets • General administrative support
The ideal candidate will have: • Minimum 2 years directly related experience • Strong English language and communications skills • Dependable and self-motivated • Professional, pleasant phone mannerism • Customer focused • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Friendly and personable attitude with the ability to work as part of a team or independently • Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel • Experience working in an engineering setting would be an asset
