Now in our 40th year of business, we provide civil engineering, surveying, and planning services for a range of private and public projects, including some of the most significant land development projects in the Lower Mainland and throughout British Columbia. Our team is represented by over 50 Planners, Professional Engineers, BC Land Surveyors, Design Technologists, CAD Drafters, Construction Inspectors, and Support Staff. To help fuel our growth, we are looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The role will be based in our office located in Surrey, BC.
Key ResponsibilitiesResearching and assisting with the preparation and implementation of Business Development and Marketing PlansCreating and maintaining marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, resumes, project sheets, presentations, images, etc.Creating and maintaining content updates for website and social mediaCoordinating materials and communications for advertising, sponsorship, and charitable donationsDeveloping and maintaining calendar of upcoming business development events and opportunities, including management of memberships and registrationsSourcing and stocking of corporate promotional productsLiaising with print and media vendorsDeveloping and maintaining marketing administration support documentation, such as marketing meeting minutes, various reports, etc.
Qualifications & ExperienceCompletion of post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing & communicationsA self-starter who has a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skillsStrong graphic/desktop publishing skillsHigh level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office applicationsWorking knowledge of WordPress Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the interest and aptitude to convey technical information clearly
