We have strong growth history and currently have an opening for a Junior Administrative Assistant in our office. Duties and responsibilities will include:
The position will include:
- Maintaining the company website
- Preparation of documents such as letters, proposals, memos, etc.
- Transferring paper documents to digital format
- General administrative support
- Occasional front reception duties including but not limited to:
- Answering and transferring calls with a multi-line switchboard
- Greeting clients
- Coordination of couriers
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 1 year directly related experience
- Strong English language and communications skills
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Professional, pleasant phone mannerism
- Customer focused
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly and personable attitude with the ability to work as a team or independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
